What size unit do I need?

The best way to choose a unit size is to tell us what you’re planning to store, and we will recommend the size that fits your needs and what is available at the time.

Can I change my unit size at any time?

Yes - as long as the unit you want to transfer to is open and available, we can move you to a different size.

Do you have 24-hour access?

Yes. You have 24/7 access to your unit.

Are the units drive-up access?

Yes - all units are drive-up access. Access is suitable for regular vehicles. Depending on the size of your vehicle or trailer, space may feel tight in certain areas, but standard vehicles have no issue.

What security features do you have?

We have security lighting that runs automatically from dusk to dawn. We also have an alarm system in our office, and local law enforcement periodically checks the property and may leave a notice indicating the premises were checked in our office.

Do you offer automatic payments?

Yes. If you contact us, we can set up automatic monthly payments so your unit(s) are paid on time without you having to worry about it.

Can I pay online?

Not at this time. We do not currently offer online payments. The only “hands-off” option available right now is automatic monthly payments, which we set up manually. 

What happens if I’m late on rent?

A late fee will be applied. We will contact you by phone and/or mail, depending on how long the balance has been past due. If you’re running into a specific situation that may affect your payment timing, we strongly recommend staying in touch with us so we can work with you as early as possible.

What happens if I lose my lock key?

For safety reasons, renters are not permitted to cut off their own lock. Please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the lock to be removed - often the same day.

Do you sell personal locks?

Yes. We sell heavy-duty "Chateau" disc locks for $10 each.
